Mpumalanga recorded the joint lowest provincial inflation rate (5.5 per cent) in November 2014

The latest CPI (Consumer Price Index) of Statistics South Africa, indicated that Mpumalanga recorded the joint lowest inflation rate (5.5 per cent) among the provinces in November 2014. This was lower than the national headline inflation rate (5.8 per cent) and it was also below the upper limit (6 per cent) of the inflation target zone for the third consecutive month. Read more...
